ChiVibe's Community Board is for useful, local Chicago information. By posting, you agree to these rules.

Allowed

• Local events, garage sales, neighborhood updates, recommendations, lost-and-found notices, and practical community notes.
• Respectful, truthful, and lawful text about the Chicago area.
• A neighborhood name when it helps others understand the post.

Not allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, bullying, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Scams, deceptive offers, illegal goods or services, impersonation, spam, or repeated promotional posts.
• Home addresses, passwords, financial information, medical information, or another person's private information.
• Copyright-infringing content or content that endangers a person.
• Attempts to evade filters, reports, blocks, or moderation.

Enforcement

ChiVibe may hide or remove content and restrict abusive users. Users can report a post and block its author from the post menu. A reported post is immediately hidden on the reporting device and queued for review.

Safety reports should be reviewed within 24 hours. Credible imminent threats should be escalated to emergency services; if anyone may be in immediate danger, call 911.

Contact ChiVibe support with a post title, approximate posting time, and reason for concern. Do not include sensitive personal information in a public issue.
