Terms of Use

Your use of ChiVibe is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), the same terms that apply to apps distributed through the App Store.

ChiVibe Plus subscriptions

ChiVibe is free to use. ChiVibe Plus is an optional upgrade that unlocks Ask ChiVibe, the on-device assistant. It is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

All purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your Apple Account, not by ChiVibe. A monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings on your device under your Apple Account subscriptions.

City data and community posts

ChiVibe shows information from public City of Chicago datasets, cultural and venue calendars, and ticketing partners. Event times, prices, and availability are set by those organizers and can change without notice, so confirm details with the organizer before you travel. ChiVibe does not sell tickets.

The Community Board is subject to our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for what you post, and posts that violate those guidelines may be removed.
